What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Trainer position at Bravium Consulting?
The Trainer will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures. Conducts classes regarding safety, security, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
- Assess training needs and certification requirements.
- Conduct presentations and webinars.
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3+ years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Must work well in a team environment
- Demonstrate success managing technical product delivery.
- US Citizenship or Green Card for a minimum of 3 years required
