Salary Range: $90k-$100k with profit sharing bonus

- Previous general management experience 3 years
- Previous market experience is a plus!

Additional Position Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Prepare annual budgets, sales & marketing plans to accurately achieve required operating results
- Analyze financials to drive revenue, future profitability, and maximum return on investment. Use distribution channels and technology platforms to drive revenue and market share.
- Lead asset management initiatives, including working with CEO to maintain or improve company’s position
People:
- Develop programs that drive improvements in team member engagement and are aligned with company values and standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor team member succession planning to ensure future strength. Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to enhance performance
- Oversee salary, disciplinary or staffing/human resources related actions in accordance with company rules and policies
Client Experience:
- Drive improvement in client journey and experience through management of feedback surveys and client satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to establish and implement services and programs, support programs, and/or educational workshops that meet or exceed client expectations
- Make time to interact with clients, solicit feedback, and build relationships
- Maintain compliance with all required company standards
Responsible Business:
- Ensure a safe, secure, clean and organized environment for families and team members
- Drive team member involvement in community organizations, activities, and businesses
- Seeks and maintains outside relationships to continue to build brand awareness and resources for families in need
- Assist with development/documentation of policies and procedures for preparation for growth of expanding clinic
You will be reporting directly to the practice owner/founder and responsible for the day to day running of the clinic. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail - as well as have a proven track record of being able to performance manage other people and assist in leading a company to successful measures.
