Breck is seeking an well-rounded human resources (HR) professional with experience in all faucets of HR work including developing and managing recruitment, developing and supporting the onboarding process, as well as developing and supporting the Knowledge Management Index. This will be a full-time position in support of a federal client.
REQUIRED
- 8 years of professional experience in HR
- Currently holds a Top Secret security clearance
- Knowledgeable of the Requirements Management process
- Knowledgeable of onboarding processes for hiring
- Ability to resolve issues with minimal direction
- Experience using automated applicant tracking systems to supporting hiring and onboarding
- Maintain electronic records and automated systems for records management and database accountability
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technology-based collaboration tools (WebEx, MS Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to interpret and effectively present information in small and large groups of employees
- Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and word processing
- Ability to professionally represent company and maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
- Strong interpersonal communicator through both verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Goal-driven, accountable, and able to work within deadlines
- Resourceful multi-tasker
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytic skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Remote, but must be willing to commute to Arlington/DC area
