The Position
As a Breeze Coordinator, you are detail oriented, friendly, a team player and an important part of the store's efficiency. We are looking for a long-term addition to our team that wants to grow in the cannabis industry. Previous experience in the cannabis industry is strongly preferred, though our priority is finding a candidate who is a self starter, has a great eye for detail that is equally committed to the team and the overall success of Breeze. The Responsibilities
Promote a work environment that is positive and customer service oriented
Make sure all orders are accurate and organized
Comply with established state, local and company policies-procedures
Stay up to date with new products, discounts, deals, changes in laws and industry trends
Oversee and direct Budtenders to ensure customer contact times and fulfillment expectations are met
The Qualifications
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Excellent multitasker
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail cannabis experience preferred
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
Supervisory experience strongly preferred
High School Diploma
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
Proficient with documents, spreadsheets and email
Additional Requirements
Minimum of 21 years of age
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations
Physical Demands
As a Breeze Coordinator you may regularly work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our facility. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds and spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen. This position is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
