Brehm, Nofer & McCarter, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation firm working on cases in our practice areas including professional liability, products liability, and catastrophic loss. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, providing legal support in all stages of civil litigation cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on a diverse range of challenging cases.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in PA.
  • Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice.
  • Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Base salary between $95,000.00 - $125,000.00. Transparent bonus structure. Comprehensive benefits package. Supportive work environment.
