Job Description
Bremer Bank is searching for a top Relationship Manager / Business Banker to support our new and existing client relationships. You’ll provide loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $3M to $20M. In this role you’ll typically manage a loan portfolio over $30M.
A few of your key responsibilities include business development and retention, credit analysis, loan structure design, risk management, community involvement and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. You will also identify and initiate new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships. You’ll enjoy actively cross selling our array of banking products to new and existing customers while also collaborating with other banking areas on referred clients. All while managing a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.

Qualifications
The complexity and size of portfolio managed in this role will be based on years of lending/credit experience. All individuals with as minimal of 2 years all the way to seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 years work experience & experience noted above in:
- Credit administration and lending functions
- Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate
- Experience with business development activities
