Job Description

The Solution Center Specialist 2 assists the Support Services department for the Bremer organization. Holds primary responsibility for resolving incidents, competing service requests, and establishing and executing best practices for supporting end users. The Solution Center Specialist 2 provides strong technical services and support to internal clients, while contributing to the entire BITS organization. Is knowledgeable and proficient in multiple technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3 years previous customer service experience is preferred.
