YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary :
The DEF Coordinator will act as akey support role for the DEF Team. The DEFCoordinator will gain the industries best knowledge of all aspects of the DEFbusiness in a multifaceted role requiring supplier relations, operating company interaction / coordination,data analysis and reporting, marketing and more.
The DEF Coordinator will workin a fast paced / high growth environment.
Job Description :
Supplier pricing
Receipt of monthly price updates and entry into buying guide
Price file posting
NOLA movement tracking
Monthly ROC Forecasting
Coordinate with each location to ensure accurate and timely rail forecasting
Reporting
Regular monthly reporting and as needed (Qlik & Salesforce)
Customer portal entry / management
Marketing support
Request, maintain and distribute marketing collateral
Sales meeting / travel / event planning
Cross-training
Back-up to Marine and DEF purchasing
Maintain DEF documentation and resources
Locations and capabilities sheet
Mapping
Ops contacts
Others
Sales Support
Inside sales responsibilities in coordination with Brenntag Connect and Account Managers
Quotation and bid gathering responsibilities in coordination with Account Managers
CONGA utilization
Provide input on organizational priorities, goals, and objectives
Provide paperwork and documents as requested
Attends internal and external training sessions as necessary
Self-motivated and task oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Positive customer service attitude
Willingness to learn
Flexibility in ever-changing environment
Ability to communicate effectively with both customers, vendors, and colleagues
Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate of relevant experience
2 years of relevant experience
