A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will be an essential member of the patient care team and responsible for the delivery of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. You will triage patients, assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN License.

- Schedule: 3x12
- Two shifts available; 1p-1a and 7p-7a
- Pay: $30-46 /hr., depending on experience, differentials.
