Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead hiring and termination processes for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.
- Conduct weekly meetings with upper management to discuss performance, goals, and strategies.
- Actively engage with guests, running the floor, doing table touches, and addressing customer feedback.
- Ensure the quality of food and service consistently meets brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to maintain a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
- Update POS buttons, DoorDash, and other relevant systems.
- Order food, beer, wine, and liquor, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Schedule staff efficiently to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and manage labor costs, stepping in when necessary to maintain acceptable ranges.
