Brick House Blue is a vibrant coworking space in the heart of Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio. We are a small business actively growing, with expansion to 4-6 new properties over the next few years. We are looking for an addition to the team that is excited to grow with us through this role! The role of the Hospitality and Events Specialist specifically focuses on meeting and event management (sales and customer experience) along with general hospitality of Brick House Blue members.
This role requires a customer first mindset while being multi-faceted in its approach. It will require some combination of sales, hospitality and management. Additionally, the role requires attention to day to day operations within Brick House Blue, with attention/preparation to all aspects of current week’s meeting requirements, ongoing customer experience while meetings/events are taking place, and general hospitality duties such as questions/concerns and assistance with troubleshooting. A creative and innovative approach to increasing community and corporate awareness of Brick House Blue is essential.
