What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Director position at BRICKELL BRANDS LLC?
What This Role Does:
- Manages the Marketing team to execute day-to-day and overall marketing strategies
- Coordinates between different parts of the business - product development, production, supply chain, and operations
- Works alongside the VP of Growth Marketing to carry out the overall marketing strategy, as well as new marketing initiatives and see those initiatives through
- Collaborating with writers and graphic designers to create creative and advertising content
- Working with email marketing and content team to maximize revenue from these channels
- Managing a small web development team
- Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end
- Sits on senior leadership team to help shape company direction
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or considerable experience in business, management, marketing, or a related field
- 7 years of experience with project management
- 7 years of managing and leading small to medium sized teams
- 5 years experience in the ecommerce field
- 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in consumer goods
- Experience with email marketing and content marketing
- Experience with influencer marketing desired but not required
- Basic photographic manipulation skills desired but not required
- Basic understanding of common ecommerce analytical software such as Google Analytics
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central a major plus
- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong understanding of brand management and experience working with brand managers and other creatives
- Must enjoy managing and leading a team
- Experienced in understanding how successful brands work in delivering a compelling customer experience
- Knowledgeable in consumer goods, sales and supply chain logistics, as well as strategic marketing competence and excellent skills in translating this into successful communications strategies
- Exceptional understanding of the full marketing mix, with a passion for digital and e-commerce
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic combined with a "team-first" mentality
- A solid communicator with the ability to articulate concepts, ask insightful questions and deliver clear messages internally and to partners
- An effective time manager who is able to drive multiple projects forward at once
- Ability to successfully lead, guide, direct, and develop a team of marketing professionals
Physical Requirements:
- This position is primarily office-based and requires continuous work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day. Candidates must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
