Brickell Brands is a growing cutting-edge e-commerce company located in South Portland, Maine. We manufacture and sell a portfolio of brands in the personal care space including Brickell Men’s Products, Eight Saints Skincare, and Tiger Baby.

We sell our products via our own online stores and Amazon in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia. Our team of about 60 people operates from our production facility in South Portland.

Brickell is looking for an experienced online growth marketer who will go beyond customer acquisition; this role must provide a 360 approach to scale conversions, and drive customer engagement and retention.

The Growth Marketer will identify and fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels while optimizing strategies to achieve long-term business goals.

Reports To : CEO

What This Role Does :

• Optimize and monitor campaign strategies across multiple marketing channels
• Conduct A / B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels
• Identify, implement, and execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics
• Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention
• Identify threats and opportunity gaps to be addressed, and manage the implementation of changes to correct any gaps
• Oversee paid search and social acquisitions
• Launch or enhance referral marketing programs
• Coordinate across SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams’ initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with overall business needs and capabilities

Role Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 8 years of progressive experience in ecommerce marketing
• 8 years of project management experience
• 8 years of successful marketing campaign management
• 5 years experience performing advanced data analytics
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Meta all preferred
• A / B Testing experience
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• Basic User Experience
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy in application to the whole business

Physical Requirements :
