Mission
The mission of the role will be closing potential claimant contracts and converting them into clientele, while building strong rapport and trust quickly. . The Base compensation will be $40,000 with a robust bonus structure. We are looking to hire 10 individuals.
Outcomes
- Knowledge: Develop mastery of subject matter relevant to firm’s intake criteria
- Performance: Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly target quotas set by law firm clients
- Service: Deliver an outstanding level of service that reflects favorably on our law firm customers and leaves a positive lasting impression on their potential clients
- Professionalism: Ensure that your interactions with the lawyers and staff working for our law firm customers continue to leave them proud to have us representing their firm and delighted to be working with us
- Accountability: Ensure that all Pending Intakes are followed up with in a timely fashion
- Culture: Contribute to our culture of hard work, collaboration and driving positive outcomes through your efforts and your interactions with our team
Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, specific to a sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly.
- Quickly assess and close opportunities
- Sales focused mindset with an emphasis on empathy & motivation.
- Comfortable with owning their metrics
