About the role:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee routine functions of Human Resources including administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Additionally, you will partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's strategy and serve as a resource for our team members handling questions, challenges, and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Advise management and team on policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Monitor changes in legal / mandated employment laws and regulations
- Establish, execute, and drive team engagement goals and strategies
- Empower managers to handle inter-team issues
- Manage annual performance review process with managers
- Facilitate annual open enrollment in partnership with health benefits provider
- Conduct orientation, process new hires; handle exit interviews and terminations
- Manage quarterly 401k enrollment meetings
- Negotiate annual health benefits program
- Maintain and distribute annual employee handbook updates
- Handle team member leave programs
- Assist with hiring on a per need basis
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral/written communication
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organization
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 4 years of Human Resources experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred

Pay: $47,378.00 - $100,465.00 per year
