Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various data entry tasks, and possess excellent organizational skills. The right candidate will have advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones.
-Update and create Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Adobe pbf files, Mailing lists, etc.
- Utilize Accounting Software for data entry including Accounts Payable, Inventory, etc.
- Provide administration support for HR duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Vendors and visitors.
Requirements:
- Accounting Experience is a plus - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, etc.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- HR experience is a plus.
