Information Technology

The Security & Compliance Lead is responsible for driving the design and execution of security and compliance standards within Bridgestone Americas' SAP S/4 and related ERP system implementations. This effort is part of a multi-release, multi-year program to transform Bridgestone's business processes, data, and technology to support the business vision of digital enablement. This role will work hand in hand with external consultancy, internal business partners dedicated to the project, Internal Audit, as well as the IT Security organization in the execution of these responsibilities.

• SAP Security Architecture: drives design and build of Security roles technical roles and GRC Business roles
• Align and work with the Financial compliance team to facilitate the design and configuration of the SAP GRC ruleset
• Work with internal/external auditors and ITGC team to confirm control requirements and SOPs are followed per guidelines and facilitate security deliverables review sessions
• Partner with OCM and Process team to collect role mapping
• Support process teams on testing of roles during testing cycles
• Manage changes to SAP GRC to facilitate new connections and content
• Drive the loading of the users and access for provisioning
• Leads the support of the project team members access to the project systems (N 1 Landscape)
• Provides education and guidance to the process teams on what security information is needed from them, when, and how the process will work
• Work with the SAP Security operational team to ensure project and operational aspects are aligned
• Has decision rights or understands who has decision rights for security and control matters and helps facilitate necessary decisions in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Has at leas 5 years of SAP Security Administration experience and ideally been through at least 1 full SAP S/4 implementation
• Has experience with business process and IT general controls risks and privacy.
• Understands the S/4, Fiori, and HANA security landscape and best practices
• Has security analytical skills and efficient problem solving
• Has basic knowledge of SAP business processes
• Has knowledge about segregation of duties and regulations and understands the SAP GRC Ruleset
• Ability to associate business and audit requirements with user roles and authorizations
• Has strong SAP GRC configuration and management experience

Associate's Degree with 9 years of SAP Security Administration experience and 1 full SAP S/4 implementation

OR

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of SAP Security Administration experience 1 full SAP S/4 implementation
