Position Summary
Responsibilities
- SAP Security Architecture: drives design and build of Security roles technical roles and GRC Business roles
- Align and work with the Financial compliance team to facilitate the design and configuration of the SAP GRC ruleset
- Work with internal/external auditors and ITGC team to confirm control requirements and SOPs are followed per guidelines and facilitate security deliverables review sessions
- Partner with OCM and Process team to collect role mapping
- Support process teams on testing of roles during testing cycles
- Manage changes to SAP GRC to facilitate new connections and content
- Drive the loading of the users and access for provisioning
- Leads the support of the project team members access to the project systems (N 1 Landscape)
- Provides education and guidance to the process teams on what security information is needed from them, when, and how the process will work
- Work with the SAP Security operational team to ensure project and operational aspects are aligned
- Has decision rights or understands who has decision rights for security and control matters and helps facilitate necessary decisions in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Has at leas 5 years of SAP Security Administration experience and ideally been through at least 1 full SAP S/4 implementation
- Has experience with business process and IT general controls risks and privacy.
- Understands the S/4, Fiori, and HANA security landscape and best practices
- Has security analytical skills and efficient problem solving
- Has basic knowledge of SAP business processes
- Has knowledge about segregation of duties and regulations and understands the SAP GRC Ruleset
- Ability to associate business and audit requirements with user roles and authorizations
- Has strong SAP GRC configuration and management experience
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree with 9 years of SAP Security Administration experience and 1 full SAP S/4 implementation
OR
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of SAP Security Administration experience 1 full SAP S/4 implementation
