JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY: The Transportation industry is evolving rapidly and the Mobility Solutions organization will lead Bridgestone’s efforts to design, market and commercialize digital solutions to meet emerging needs for the world's largest tire and rubber company based out of the heart of Nashville. Bridgestone is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager with a strong Agile and technical background to join a fast-paced group of Solution Engineers, Solution Delivery Managers and Solution Delivery Analysts. Our Solution Delivery Manager will collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Product Managers to drive the development needs and manage the technology stack for digital products for our dealers, fleets and internal end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITES:
   Utilizing an Agile SCRUM approach, the Solution Delivery Manager will work cross functionality to manage strategy and execution of Mobility Solution products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business relevance, continuous improvement and support.Â
   Development of annual roadmap strategy and budget planning with core product teams and business owners
   Assess value, develop epics, and prioritize features and user stories to ensure work focuses on tasks that provide maximum value and are aligned with business strategy and goals
   Develop, monitor and evaluate processes and KPIs in order to improve the customer experience and internal reporting
   Lead face-to-face, remote or mixed location Agile teams to clarify scope, refinement of backlogs and user stories by gaining alignment around features or product strategy.
   Design 3rd party/product integration strategies and aspects of business requirementsÂ
   Identifies the communication and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Translates communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. Provides informed feedback to assess and promote understanding. Facilitates business decision-making processes. Captures and disseminates technical and business information.
   Team player and pitch in wherever needed.Â

 QUALIFICATIONS:
   Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or similar field
   Minimum 5-7 years experience in supporting and consulting with various aspects of functional business units.
   Agile/SCRUM experience specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development
   Lead in ambiguity and/or with competing priorities
   Ability to communicate and drive technology with business strategy.
   Experienced in gathering detailed business & functional and non-functional requirements, documenting business processes and understanding of software development methodologies.

   Fosters a sense of energy, ownership and commitment to workÂ
