We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our HR Team! This role is an entry level and an amazing opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the Human Resources (HR) field. This is a great opportunity to grow your HR knowledge and a career pathway in HR. The HR Assistant will assist in day-to-day HR operations and support the needs of the HR Team.

- Maintains employee files and ensures that the files are up-to-date.
- Prepares and distributes new employee packets and benefits packets.
- Coordinates and assist in delivering new hire orientation.
- Data entry into HR, Safety and Payroll systems.
- Assists HR Team in an array of areas to include:
- Benefits distribution and tracking, open enrollment, and audits.
- Recruitment process by coordinating with HR Manager and other HR Team members.
- Company sponsored events and special HR projects.
- Processing paperwork for new hires, current staff, and leavers.
- Track attrition and other applicable HR KPIs
Our minimum requirements include High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years administrative or HR experience desired. Must have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
