Job Description
Immediately hiring for Full time and Part time FedEx Pickup and Delivery Drivers for the greater Independence, KY area. Previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus!
- PAY: Training $120/day, Starting $150/day , based on experience
- 100% employer paid health benefits
- Paid vacation for full time drivers
- Paid each Friday

BONUS INFO:
- $500 referral bonus - $250 paid out when the referral starts driving their own route, the remaining $250 paid out upon 90 days
SCHEDULE:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- CDL not required
- Handling and maneuvering up to 150lb boxes (with and without hand trucks or dollies)
- The vehicle we provide could be one of the following: a transit van up to one of our larger step van trucks (P700, P1000 and P1200).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record without excessive speeding tickets, reckless driving etc.
- Consent to a state/federal and MVR background check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license.
- Consent to a drug test and DOT Physical exam (paid for by employer) and random screening throughout employment.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good operating/cosmetic condition.
- Follow all FedEx and DOT regulations and safety standards.
