SCOPE OF ROLE
The Strategy & Planning Consultant will work cross functionally and with the NeueHealth senior leadership team to lead prioritization, definition, and documentation of growth and performance improvement strategies critical to NeueHealth success. The Strategy & Planning Consultant will support cross-functional teams to help define key work-streams, implement action plans to achieve growth objectives and deep dive with business and functional partners to align on qualitative and quantitative success objectives. This role will be focused on Integrated Systems of Care (ISOC) development and supporting major workstreams like risk adjustment, clinical services, and network development within the NeueHealth business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead development and evolution of governance and reporting cadence relative to ISOC transition of risk adjustment function from BHC to NH. Support business leader in other key transition activities including but not limited to org structure, cross-functional collaboration, establishment of leading and lagging indicators of RA performance in ISOC markets, executive reporting, etc.
- Lead and support program development of clinical services ISOC initiatives for current year performance improvement. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with BHC, Neue Solutions, and NeueCare clinical services leaders to establish new and improved processes that embed NH within traditional health plan services functions (ex. high cost claims review, prior auth, etc.)
- Provide project management support as needed across strategic NH initiatives like network unit cost remediation and NPS improvement. Regularly report project progress to key stakeholders through an established governance process.
- Support the development of an integration plan for S.FL combined clinic operations in order to meet business objectives and advance the end state operating model. Support business case development related to vendor rationalization and operational efficiency. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree, such as an MBA, preferred
- Four (4) years professional experience; consulting, finance, or business planning experience preferred
- Two (2) or more years of experience in healthcare field
- Proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple, complex projects and delivering on project objectives required
- Experience in a high growth company preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT
