Bright Hopes Community Childcare in Barberton, OH is looking for a Cook and a Cook Assistant - cafeteria to join our 7 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
You must be able to cook
- Loves to cook
- Loves Children
- Cook meals to business standards
- Anticipate needs of available food and act accordingly
- Follow and maintain health and safety guidelines
- Inventory
- Maintain Clean and Organize Sanitary Kitchen
- Maintain and Organize Clean Cafeteria / Dining Hall
- Wash Dishes
Qualifications
- 5 years or more Experiencing working as a cook or back of house
- Ability to work with a team towards success
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with cooking equipment and utensils
- Must keep organize records
- Knowledge and experience with USDA Food Guidelines
