Front End Developer
Bright Pattern is looking for Front End Developers to join our strong professional team bringing the next generation contact center technology.
This is an onsite position and requires Front End Developers from the offices (South San Francisco or/and Pleasanton, CA)
What we want from Front End Developers :
- You should be dedicated to solving users’ problems by creating superior interfaces and user experience.
- Be fully responsible for the functionality you develop and take pride when it works and performs excellently.
- You have to have decent knowledge and practical experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understand the benefits of strong typing and love using TypeScript.
- You should be comfortable either working with an existing codebase or creating applications from scratch.
- You should be a team player and be ready to work with peers to discuss and agree on solutions, approaches, and all the development aspects. Your success is a team success.
- Be willing to constantly develop new hard and soft skills, acquire knowledge and share it with the team
Required skills:
- 3 years of experience in front-end development
- At least one year of experience with React.js and Redux
- Experience with writing unit test
- Programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript
- Additional technologies: HTML, CSS, LESS or SCSS, Webpack, Jest, Docker, REST API
- Basic knowledge of HTTP protocol and client-server communication
- Understanding of browser’s parsing and page rendering mechanisms
Nice to have:
- UI-kits building experience
- Experience with the development of multi-language application
- Familiarity with Angular.js
- Experience with working in Java environment
- Linux experience (development, operation, administration)
