What are the responsibilities and job description for the Center Director position at Bright Start Academy?
Bright Start Academy is a state licensed and nationally accredited preschool. We are looking for a full-time director to oversee 20-30 employees. The director will be someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has good leadership and customer service skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing classrooms and curriculum, maintaining state licensing and accreditation rules and regulations, hiring and orienting new staff members, enforcing company policies and procedures, and interacting positively and professionally with staff, parents, and children.
To be qualified for this position, the applicant must pass all background checks, be Director Certified for over 100 children, have teaching experience, and knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations. Child care center management experience is preferred.
