What We Want:
Possessing 1-3 years of pure bench sales experience is required.
We are interested in hiring an individual who can:
- Oversee the complete Bench sales marketing and resource management.
- Successfully build, manage, and market the consultants on Bench.
- Source positions from the contacts and effectively place the Bench consultants.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Candidates and clients.
- We are especially interested in professionals who are passionate about managing a team and building revenue.
Please note: This role is 100% remote work from anywhere in India.
This position may not be suitable for individuals who lack excellent communication skills, good direct vendors and client contacts and a proven track record of generating revenues.
