What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Release Coordinator position at Brighthouse Financial?

How you’ll contribute:
As the SAP Release Coordinator, you’ll work within the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) and be responsible for coordinating release management activities (e.g., plans, tasks, dependencies, approvals) across technology teams, third-party vendors, and business partners. The initial primary focus of this position will be supporting the SAP CoE team to coordinate code promotions across a high volume of complex fast-paced projects. S/he will be responsible for analyzing, coordinating, prioritizing, and managing various project activities and resources across the SAP CoE in support of enterprise priorities.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk / issue and status reports.
Coordinate with developers and SAP CoE team on QA cutover plans and upcoming releases to ensure all requirements and approvals have been executed.
Lead QA cutover plan review calls when necessary to ensure team alignment and readiness before cutover day.
Shadow and assist coordinating with consolidated production cutover plans and calls.
Collaborate and work closely with BHF teams and stakeholders to support and ensure alignment in the end-to-end process for QA and production releases.
Create Jira dashboards for SAP CoE QA and production releases.
Maintain the SAP CoE Release Management SharePoint site, creating folders, updating links and documentation for upcoming releases.
Support additional project activities as required.
We’re looking for people who have:
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word/Excel/Access/Project).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Compensation – Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
