General Responsibilities:
Lead the division's marketing initiatives, agencies, and other vendor partners to develop deliverables such as product documentation, web content, advertising, sales collateral, signage, and digital ads to drive awareness and reach sales goals.
Responsible for managing and fully leveraging all the capabilities of the company CRM (HubSpot) and ensuring all campaigns and web activities are tracked and managed in the platform.
Work cross-functionally to build and improve the integrations of our marketing automation and CRM tool (HubSpot) to ensure best practices, smarter triggers, better nurturing, and more segmented and personalized customer communications.
Utilize HubSpot to capture sales leads, generating value through the customer life cycle, tracking prospects, developing landing pages, creating webpage for, email marketing, and web analytics.
Promote the brand and our products/services by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on multiple platforms, such as YouTube and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the creation of video scripts that align with our overall digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Manage social media personnel to grow social following, monitor social media marketing campaign content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
Develop marketing campaigns and build digital assets including landing pages, forms, email templates in HubSpot, and automation workflows
Forecasting, optimization, and reporting utilizing HubSpot CRM and Google Analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on campaign analysis.
As the contact for updates to our marketing website, the successful candidate must be an expert in website UX.
Oversee automation and CRM processes for our sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Proactively seek out marketing website improvements and suggest new courses of action based on those findings. This will include being a vital team member on future web migrations or redesigns of the website.
Establish and oversee marketing budgets for multiple channels and vendors.
Research new technologies and add-on applications to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
5 or more years of relevant experience
Experience working within an enterprise-level brand structure and working with teams of creative professionals
Strong writing and proof-reading skill
A strong comfort level with digital strategies
Ability to meet long-term project deadlines while adapting to immediate demands
Familiarity working within brand guidelines in a professional environment
Experience with promotional email best practices, large and small format signage design, sales office design and layout
Good understanding of web design, user experience best practices for websites and asset management while working within a brand guideline environment
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics programs
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
HubSpot Certification
Background in real estate investment marketing and/or real estate/homebuilder marketing a plus
