Campus Director
The Brightmont Academy is a group of accredited private schools offering one-to-one instruction for students in grades 1-12. Founded in 1999, we have helped over 4,000 students experience success, and have 18 campuses in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Washington.
The personalization and flexibility of our offerings attract students dissatisfied with or unsuccessful in the traditional public school model and maximizes the student's academic potential. Students who have successfully graduated from our program have been prepared for college and meaningful careers for more than two decades.
We are actively seeking an established, innovative, and inspiring leader who displays developed problem-solving and operations management skills for our Smyrna GA campus. The right candidate exhibits a dedicated passion for serving students, families, and teachers. The chosen leader will be responsible for the growth, academic, and fiscal health of the assigned campus(es).
Summary of Responsibilities:
Build partnerships within the community with professionals and educators by sharing common goals for students' success
Educate parents about our academic services and achievements
Personalize student programs that propose solutions for families and students
Build and maintain a balanced staff to meet the need of our students
Supervise, evaluate, and coach school staff
Foster a professional, productive, and positive culture for students, staff, families, and co-workers.
Ensure evidence-based academic growth and student and family satisfaction
Summary of Requirements:
Strong leadership skills - Management or Entrepreneurial experience is required to run our campuses, you will be asked to make key decisions that will help our campus thrive.
Ability to problem solve - This role will need you to help come up with unique and different plans for each student, being able to understand their needs is key to being able to attain new business. Admissions, creation of academic plans, or experience selling customizable solutions is strongly preferred.
Time management and organizational skills - This role will not only ask you to manage your time wisely, but also the time of others. Demonstration of how you effectively managed a group of direct reports is necessary, managing part-time employees is preferred.
Minimal of Bachelor's degree, higher preferred
