CareAll LLC dba BrightStar Care of Central CT is a Non Medical Home Care agency serving people with Home Maker and Companion services need. This is an immediate open position, we are ready to hire the appropriate candidate for this position.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including sales, profit loss, and customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and supervision to branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for business development and implement strategies to increase market share
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Branch Manager Role and Job Description
The primary responsibilities for your Branch Manager are:
Manage the office to insure adherence to brand and location standards.
Work closely with the Director of Nursing.
Manage other positions as assigned by owner in a way that insures assigned staff is working the model to full
advantage.
Inside Sales – converting inbound prospective client calls to living room visits, and act as a back-up for living
Living Room Visits with clients when needed.
Manage recruiting and client service in accordance with the franchise model and state healthcare requirements,
manage client satisfaction, manage and schedule field staff, manage and schedule internal staff, manage PC related duties via the use of BrightStar systems, MS office, and other programs, and handle intake/inquiry calls.
With the above responsibilities in mind, this individual needs to be able to stay calm, cool, and collected in a high stress environment. They can’t get rattled by taking 5 simultaneous orders and having 3 last minute cancellations all at the
same time.

Branch Manager Job Description
Responsible for managing all staffing processes, including staff recruitment and management, client scheduling and service, issue resolution, Mobil time sheet tracking, payroll, billing and inside sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Management of hiring process, including:
Gathering required background information and paperwork (i.e. I-9’s, tax documents, references,
background checks, etc.) and scanning of documents into online employee records
Scheduling initial interviewsand completing related paperwork (i.e. interview summary)
Coordinating review by Director of Nursing for viable candidates (Director of Nursing must assess nurses
before placement)
to ensure any new employees placed at a customer are 100% Monitoring customer compliance process
compliant within 2 days of placement
Continual monitoring applicant status (i.e. active, pending, inactive, etc.)
Proactive recruiting to keep bench at target levels
Managing ongoing client staffing process, including:
Scheduling staff for both new and existing client engagements
Managing staff absences to ensure that all engagements are staffed as required, and responsible for filling in open shifts as needed
Weekly Mobil time sheet review and billing
Weekly payroll processing
Management of Inbound and Living Room Visit Sales Processes:
Follows BrightStar Care H.E.L.P Method for excellent customer service and conversion from phone calls to Living Room Visits (LRV)
Management of Office Quality and Client Satisfaction:
Understand and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and reporting
Monitor then lead development of Action Plans to improve Patient Impact and Mystery Shop scores
Maintenance of existing employee database, including:
Maintaining licensing databaseto ensure that all active employee certifications are in compliance with state and federal
Maintaining all Business Documents and registration renewed and active.

Answering office phones, including “on-call” phone after normal business hours by rotation with other team members.
