Our company is seeking a highly motivated and EXPERIENCED Solar Consultant to join our quickly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of solar, a proven track record and be a self-driven, ambitious professional.
We are currently only seeking those with experience in the solar industry.
Role Overview:
- You’ll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base
- You’ll be generating leads and closing new clients in residential areas
- Attend team meetings and training every week

Requirements:
- Must currently live in New Jersey
- Generate your own leads (ie. your pipeline, door knocking, social media, lead pages)
- Driven Mindset – you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written, communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
- Coachable – you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to be better and better
- Team player – you are able to collaborate with a small team, asking for help when you need it.We are looking for a Solar Consultant to join our team and help us provide our customers with the best possible solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy systems, be able to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will also be able to explain complex concepts in a simple way and have a passion for helping people make the switch to renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer needs and develop a solar energy system plan that meets those needs.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on the best solar energy solutions for their homes or businesses.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar energy projects.
- Perform detailed calculations to determine the optimal size and placement of solar panels.
- Develop cost estimates for solar energy systems and provide customers with pricing information.
- Provide customers with information about available incentives and financing options.
- Stay up-to-date on new developments in the solar energy industry.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $250,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year
