What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Lead position at Bringg?
We are looking for a Quality Leader to lead the quality and continuous improvement of our complex, challenging Product that reaches millions of users.
In your day to day, you will be part of the development team, working closely and on a daily basis with Automation and SW developers, demonstrating Testing and Automation experience, along with deep methodological thinking.
You are a true team player, with a passion for mentoring, educating, and coaching developers , automation developers and other professionals to produce better results.
- As a QA Lead you will be part of R&D leadership , report to Head of Quality
- Establish and implement quality standards and processes , from defining requirements through execution and production rollout
- Guide and actively participate in creation of Test Scenarios covering all Testing aspects (FR/NFR, positive/negative paths, effects on other use cases, etc.)
- Actively participate in Exploratory and Automation test execution HO when needed
- Define Test Automation Approach and drive Automation coverage within the sprints
- Establish testing practices throughout the development lifecycle (unit, E2E)
- Ability to lead and track sprint/release quality plans
- Collaborate with other Technical Departments (CS , Support , PE)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance program with Agile practices
- Experience as a QA Lead (Test Architect)
- Experience in defining and writing test automation by using industry known automation tools
- Great communication skills in Hebrew and English (working in Global environment)
- Experience in leading testing methodologies and strategy in large and complex systems
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, Agile process, and relevant tools
- Researching and familiarization with the latest practices in the Testing/Quality areas
