Business Development ManagerJob Description
The Business Development Manager has primary responsibility for driving profitable sales growth to new and existing accounts within assigned territories.
The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining direct customer relationships within their assigned accounts and maximizing the revenue opportunities within those accounts
The Business Development Managers activities will also include learning the comprehensive solutions offered by Brink’s and conveying the value of those solutions to customers
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth plans and forecasts to achieve sales targets
Ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction through business reviews, and account and opportunity planning
Use Brink’s Sales process and tools to update and manage the sales pipeline
Collaborate and coordinate with other functional teams ( Customer Care, Operations, Product Marketing, Implementation ) to achieve account development and performance goals
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience managing customer relationships
- Minimum of 2-3 years new business development/sales experience
- Experience Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience using Salesforce
Experience in the retail market
Professional Skills:
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Professional, positive demeanor
- Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated & self-driven

Salary : $68,200 - $86,400
