"Cognos Upgradation experience for 11.2.4 (LTS Version)
Strong administrative and development knowledge of Cognos environment and tools (Cognos 11.2.4 and 12)
Resolving production issues and tickets in the Cognos environment in a timely manner
Installation and configuration of all suites of Cognos BI products on a multi-server environment
Install Patches and other major updates
Setup content store database, LDAP configuration and mail exchange server
Setup of the backups of all Cognos environments
Administer Cognos user accounts, package, folder, data level security
Setup Audit and samples reporting packages and reports
Cognos Connection portal page customization
Monitoring and troubleshooting of servers with performance issues
License Management
Monitor and document each Iteration of the project
