What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECRUITER position at Bristol Alliance of Companies, LLC?
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods (outreach, social media and website outreach, etc.) to build a robust candidate pipeline
- In coordination with Communications, develop and execute a recruiting strategy and branding for Bristol positions that includes Bristol’s culture and benefits.
- Identify opportunities for Bristol Bay Native Corporation shareholder hire
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials and perform phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Create and maintain resume database for potential candidates and keep in touch with past candidates
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience recruiting for Federal contracts and Construction industry positions is preferred
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and really is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Interest in company culture and how to hire individuals who will enhance and grow the Bristol culture
- Experience with hiring for roles within the Construction, Engineering and Federal Contracting market.
