Essential Duties/Responsibilities :
- This position will function as a System Administrator for the Jira Application.
- The administrator will serve as an expert resource to support, maintain, identify best practices, and implement changes/configurations to Jira, Confluence and plugins to better support changes aimed at increasing efficiencies and optimize use of the
- Selected candidate will advise and effectively guide the construction, deployment, performance, and ongoing use of the Jira Application within Client.
- The individual selected must have exceptional technological abilities, possess good analytical skills, and possess superior customer service skills.
- Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done and have the capacity to learn and support a wide range of business functionality.
- The candidate must also be articulate, passionate about helping users, and be an enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
