Overview
A busy professional is seeking a daily cleaner for his SoHo penthouse. The schedule for this position is flexible- about 2 hours daily from 7am-9am or 8am-10am- and they would love someone who could also help on the weekends. This role can be 5 days or 7 days depending on the candidates availability.
The housekeeper will be responsible for the upkeep of the apartment, including deep cleaning and general tidying, organization, and starting laundry. The candidate should be comfortable with high-end homes. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail and will be organized and adaptable. Daily tasks will include coming in and cleaning up from the nigh before, starting the dishwasher and laundry and making sure everything is in place for the family and full-time housekeeper to start the day properly.
The family has 2 teens who will be in the house every other week and the candidate should be okay with this. The ability to move hours from time to time would be a MAJOR plus. A COVID vaccine is required. The family is offering a rate of $35-45/hr for this position, depending on experience and skill-set of the candidate.
