The British Swim School is coming to the Santa Rosa area! Our unique, mission-based organization seeks a FUN and Passionate Aquatics Manager who will play an instrumental part in the British Swim Schools expansion to the Santa Rosa area! Once you’ve mastered our curriculum, your mission will be to help us BUILD and LEAD a BRAND NEW local team by recruiting, training, and developing the best swim instructors in the area. AVAILABILITY TO WORK EVENINGS/WEEKENDS IS A MUST. This role can quickly add responsibility and compensation as we are looking to scale up throughout the Santa Rosa area rapidly!

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a skilled team of Supervisors, Deck Ambassadors, Swim Instructors, and Aquatics Trainers.
- Onboard and host new hire orientations
- Conduct regular team in service trainings and 1:1 reviews with staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve performance goals and objectives of the Aquatics Program.
- Execute strategies to retain students and enhance their engagement and progression in the program to become water safe.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Aquatics Staff to maintain and execute the current curriculum and teaching methods, ensuring alignment with British Swim School standards.
- Promote a fun and gentle approach to student engagement, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including Swim Instructors, Site Supervisors, and Deck Ambassadors.
- Analyze and strategize to enhance enrollments in the British Swim School Aquatics Program.
- Ensure all locations are properly stocked with supplies
-Develop and maintain accurate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for all business operations.
- Implement data-driven approaches to analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to optimize overall business operations.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in staff management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of aquatics programs and swim instruction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategic plans.
- Passion for promoting a positive and enjoyable learning environment.
