This role is a combination of project management to facilitate execution of demand and enablement programs along with content generation in support of our AIOps products sold into IT Operations audiences.
This role is not about doing demos or presenting product features Rather, this role is the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. Initially you will support many of the project management responsibilities for a team of 10 including budget management, campaign management, enablement programs and the like.
Over time you will become a product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launches.
You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers and sales channels; it’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.
Qualifications
BA/BS 8 years of experience required; MS/MBA 6 years of experience preferred
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Excel) and experience with visual reporting, data analysis
Past project and/or budget management experience
Strong Powerpoint skills to visually present marketing data in a meaningful way for the given audience
Experience in presenting to executive leadership teams and building consensus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work within with tight deadlines
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits
This base salary range for this position is $85,200 - $142,000 annually.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity award agreements.
