Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a WORKDAY CONSULTANT to complete an 8 week temporary assignment with our dynamic team.
In this role, you will act as a tester within Workday processing transactions within a test environment.
Work-Mode : This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities :
- Complete Workday transactions in our test environments.
- Hire, term, transfer, manager changes, location changes, personal information updates, compensation changes, promos, etc.
- Perform retesting and additional testing as needed.
- Understanding of proxy usage and navigating testing transaction to complete approvals.
- Process data transactions relating to personnel : new hires, promotions, terminations, etc. while confirming accuracy and maintaining appropriate controls for audit verification
- Workflow Management - Move items from one step to the next. Review discrepancies, requests clarification and advance if necessary.
Answer questions about the workflow and the audit trail
Workday transactional experience is required.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, HR Operations or related field
- Previous experience utilizing Workday
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
