- Experience building teams and increasing sales while keeping culture consistent.
- Working and communicating with all levels of operation(s) from associate to corporate level.
- Track record of success built upon setting long term goals while meeting daily challenges.
- Being able to think quickly to problem solve and to mentor those you responsible for.
- Deescalating stressful situations with customers and team members while being calm under pressure.
- Understanding of financials' and how to use data to improve sales and efficiency.
- Understanding merchandising and planograms.
- Scheduling.
