Job Posting for Office Manager at Broadway Family Medicine, Inc.
Are you an experienced leader looking for an opportunity to join a long-standing independent practice? Broadway Family Medicine, Inc. is looking for an experienced office manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our practice in Lebanon, OH.
Duties to include:
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluations.
Oversee operations in the front and back offices as well as billing.
Run month-end performance reports. Analyze for patient volume and appropriate reimbursement per insurance contracts.
Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice operations.
Submit bi-weekly payroll.
Submit monthly supply orders.
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in healthcare administration or related field. (Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.)
Proven experience in medical practice management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing practices, and electronic medical records systems.
