Broad Function
The HR and Compliance Administrator is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of HR and compliance operations. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
· Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
· Act as a liaison for employees, answering basic questions and providing assistance as needed.
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Administer the drug and alcohol program to ensure compliance with regulations.
· Assist with the driving, DOT, and background check programs, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
· Support the HR and Compliance Manager with various administrative duties, enhancing departmental efficiency.
· Manage all administrative duties in both the HR and compliance departments, ensuring seamless operations.
· Review company policies and collaborate with the HR and Compliance Manager to implement and announce changes.
· Assist in handling employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a positive workplace environment.
· Coordinate and assist with training programs related to HR and compliance to ensure staff are well-informed and compliant.
· Ensure compliance with DOT, drug and alcohol regulations, background checks, and state-specific driving requirements.
· Serve as a liaison between HR and Compliance and all other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Working Conditions
· Working indoors in an office environment
· Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment as necessary

Education & Experience
· Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
· Minimum one-year industry experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
