Responsibilities
· Make sure customers receive prompt service with checking in when dropping vehicles off and picking up, answering customer and vendor questions, and keeping customers moving throughout the entire repair process.
· Management of all repair orders to include customer drop off information, technician’s notes, and final repair orders.
· Managing all incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-phoneline system and text messaging portal
· Parts ordering
· Checking in vendor parts and putting stock away
· General clerical duties
· General lot detail- making sure customers’ cars are locked at the end of the day and customers are able to access vehicles.
· Distribute technician’s workload throughout the entire day
· Daily scheduling
· Light office cleaning to keep the office neat and tidy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
