How do I make an impact on my team?
Our Banquet Manager creates and maintains lasting relationships with our customers in the desire to provide them with an excellent guest service experience and make each special event unforgettable.
- Provide current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the hotel facilities
- Prepare and execute contracts for meeting facilities usage, ensuring accuracy of all items required for such meetings
- Maintain proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing Hotel Sales and Catering Pro
- Assist in preparing the annual sales & catering budget, and develop strategies to achieve sales & catering goals
- Conduct regular sales calls to current meeting customers and potential new meeting customers by means of direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondence
