Position Summary
The Sales Assistant supports Sales Producers and the Sales team with making outbound autodialed calls to potential clients.
This is an entry-level position with training provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Will use an autodialer phone system to make calls to potential clients.
- Will obtain the necessary information to give to Sales Producer to follow up with clients and provide quotes for insurance products.
- Responsible for follow up with clients to obtain needed documents.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Looking for individuals who are willing to learn and who are customer service oriented
- Must have good phone and communication skills, and be comfortable speaking on the phone
- Good computer skills, and experience working within the Microsoft Office environment

- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while making phone calls and using a computer

Hours
- Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (approx. 26 hours per week)
Pay
- $18/hour opportunity to earn bonus/commission
- Hourly, non-exempt
