- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of grocery store, jewelry, wireless, or appliance sales is advantageous
