Reporting into the Program Excellence Office, this position is responsible for the management of a portfolio of revenue driving projects. In this Chelmsford, MA based role you will be the leader of the Customized Product Program Team that delivers customized products to a range of customers in the semiconductor industry, across either robotics or systems. This position will need to be a leader who is able to drive a cross-functional team to execute to goals across multiple projects in a high growth, fast paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the leader of the Customized Product Program Team, you are key team member to the Business Line in which you directly support. Not only are you the leader of a cross-functional team executing a portfolio of projects, but you are the conduit, and point of accountability, to our business leads and customers. You will work in partnership with a cross-functional Core Team, including a Product Manager, Technical Lead, and Operational Lead, among others. This team will be responsible for ensuring that a quality product that meets the customer needs is built and delivered to promise. You will influence change by using Program Management best practices to transform how the portfolio of projects are initiated, tracked and success is defined Showing leadership through building a culture of teamwork, employee value, and quality in all that we do WHAT YOU'LL BRING Minimum of 6 years of Program Management experience. Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline. Proven experience motivating and leading cross-functional teams to execute successful hardware product solution programs. Experience with New Product Development programs and with Phase Gate Processes. Extensive experience with MS Project, including resource loading and leveling. Familiarity with project management industry standard practices and able to promote best practices. PMP Certification desirable.
