Job Overview
- This role requires a self- motivated person with a positive attitude and the ability to promote the company, co-workers, clients, and partners in an optimistic and helpful manner.
- Protect all customer information and company data ensuring that it remains confidential.
- Communicate & work closely with the Branch Manager in all aspects of sales and customer service.
- Promote ESC Central monitoring services.
Expectations & Responsibilities
- Estimation and Sales of fire alarm and low voltage systems.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer base for promotion of additional products and services.
- Initiate sales process by proactively contacting existing customer base, following up on leads, and engaging in needs analysis.
- Follow up with customers appropriately to ensure high closure rate
- Ability to communicate effectively, be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in design and estimating
- Ability to lift 50lbs. including but not limited to warehouse and customer service duties from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience working with Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, Intrusion, video, and communications low voltage product lines preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM, supply management systems and other relevant software.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
