We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone,to address their questions, concerns, and inquiries
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with sales efforts by promoting products or services to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
