Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the delinquency and occupancy goals of the property utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
- Responsible for collecting and the posting of rental payments in the Onesite software. While performing this task, the employee is required to walk frequently and regularly and be exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a resident retention program, i.e. newsletter, referral program, social activities.
- Responsible for ensuring contact with business and locator services and availability of promotional materials by outreach marketing.
- Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA and EPA standards as well as following all Fair Housing regulations.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. At lease 12-18 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
